Hi! I'm Andrea, and I'm excited to welcome you to Sifted Cakery. This little bespoke cake shop was created out of a love of baking and is designed for you to create the perfect cake for your special event. After teaching chemistry and biology for over 20 years, I have poured myself into understanding the science behind what it takes to craft the perfect bake every time.  Each cake I make is a unique creation designed in part by the clients favorite flavors and design and in part by my understanding of what makes a wonderfully celebratory cake, unique to your event.

​Cakes are not only a fun way to share community with one another, but they are also a symbol of the joy of your event.  I hope you enjoy the process and the product!
